Terms of Service

Our products are designed with great care to serve your games. By purchasing a Silverwood Gaming product, you accept that all products are delivered “as is”, and, unless otherwise specified, you are only purchasing the advertised product – no dice, miniatures, terrain, scenery, etc. is included.

We hope you use our products safely, and they are designed as best we can to minimise risk to user, equipment and environment. However, there are a number of caveats to the use of these products that it is important you are aware of.

Our products are not designed for children. With small pieces of wood and small magnets, they should be kept out of reach of children at all times.

You agree that Silverwood Gaming are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or your product or any other possessions (or those of others) due to use and/or misuse/abuse of Silverwood Gaming products. Our products are designed to be used safely and responsibly as stated for their respective mediums (e.g. Dice Trays and Towers are designed for smooth-edged dice), however, no guarantee other than what is enshrined within the Consumer Protection Act 2015 and as part of our Refunds and Returns policy is granted, expressly or implied, through the purchase and use of our products.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on high quality and want you to have the best possible experience with our products – they’re there to support your game, not spoil it. If you are the original purchaser you have a lifetime guarantee with our products. If you have any issues with your purchase or it fails to perform as intended, please get in touch with us. If there is a failure of the product through intended use, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) for no charge. If you have an accident and your product is damaged, get in touch! If we can repair the damage, we will come to an arrangement. 

To access your warranty you’ll need the original purchase number and the email address you made the order from and we will try as best we can to resolve your issue. Before sending anything back to us, please get in touch via the contacts page or at [email protected] to get a return authorisation number so that we can process your item correctly.

Refunds and Returns

Making sure that you are happy with your purchase is important to us. What you buy should function as advertised and have a long and happy life supporting your gaming. But sometimes things go wrong, and if that happens you’ll want to be back to gaming as quickly as possible, with the minimum of fuss. Note: please get in touch with us before sending anything back as above.

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item

We’ll do our best to make sure that your order is packaged as securely as possible, and that we send the correct item. Equally, we’ll trust the postal service to do the best they can to deliver your item(s) in the best condition. Mistakes do happen though, and if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect then we’ll resolve that. Get in touch with us by filling in the form on our contacts page, or drop us an email at [email protected], and we’ll arrange for postage of the item(s) to be returned and repaired or replaced. 

If you decide you no longer want the item(s) you have purchased:

If your item has not yet been dispatched

If you purchase something and have not received an email confirming that the order has been processed and dispatched then get in touch, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible.

If your item has been dispatched (within 30 days of receipt of item)

If the item you purchased has been dispatched, it will unfortunately take a little longer. Still get in touch with us at the link above in the first instance and we’ll send you through postage details. Once you have received your purchase, you will need to return any items you wish to in their original packaging and we will be able to refund the purchase price of the item(s). Unfortunately we will not be able to refund postage and packaging, and you’ll need to pay for postage to send it back to us. You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in this instance.

If you ordered a gift card

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund gift cards as they are single use, randomly generated codes.

All our refunds and returns are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2015 (“the Act”) under UK law unless the above describes a better deal for the customer. Should any of our policy contradict what appears in the Act, then the Act will take precedence.
